I've always hated the 'Good to Great' thought, for me it should be 'Great to Brilliant' and that comes from doing things with heart and soul and intelligence, not just intelligence.
I just find it liberating not to worry about if someone already kinda did it. Execution is where the rubber meets the road. So If the instinct feels good and the math adds up enough So that the risk of failure is small enough, just do it! Just softening you up a bit for talks to come, ha!
