Don't know if it's always about NOT doing stuff [I happen to think that's part of the point] but the rest of it - especially knowing what you DON'T DO - is bloody great.

It's always about not doing the stuff that does not matter. It's about being honest. we know what we don't want to do to achieve an goal. Let's say it and don't do it. This clears time and energy to focus on what to do.
